My 1st meetin with the Dr

Ultralite is not cheap.
It costs $500 for the first 5 weeks ad then around $400 thereafter. However, for me its this or surgery. I have never had surgery so I am trying to avoid it at all costs.
I had a good meeting with the counselor. She took my payment, gave me the diet plan, went over it with me, gave me my scale and keto sticks. I made an appt to come back next week to discuss more and see how I do.
She took all my measurements and weight which don't mean much until next week.
Hoping to start tommorrow but I have go shopping first...

Pre-Blog

So I wanted to state why I decided to start this blog. My friend Kelly has lost an amazing amount on weight on a diet program called Ultra Lite. When I looked it up I could not find one blog on the program so I thought I would chart my experience with it here.
